I'm doing that thing I do sometimes, where I post a story and then disappear for a period of time.  Sorry for that.  Time for some introspection, dear ones, in the form of the meme that's been making the rounds.  I've always loved reading what folks think about their writing, almost as much as reading the actual product.  Here I am, throwing my hat in the mix:
